When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a “fair and reasonable” policy. All items are thoroughly inspected for defects at our depot prior to shipping. You should contact us immediately on receipt of your parcel (within 3 days) if you believe there is an error and deem it necessary to return the item. Please note; this is not for digital products.
If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between an exchange or credit.
Refunds will not be granted from a ‘change of mind’.

Incorrect entry of shipping address (including post code, street number, street name, state and country) cannot be adjusted once an order is processed.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed by the postal system.

Items Lost In Transit

We offer customers the option to upgrade shipping with insurance on all shipped orders. We highly recommend utilising this service, as any orders lost in transit are unfortunately out of our control. We ship using Australia Post and provide a tracking number to track your order.
