Chocolate Berry Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients :

250g Cream Cheese
500g Greek Yoghurt
4 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder

1/4 Cup stevia
2 Cups Oats
4 TBS Honey
3 TBS Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
1 Cup Strawberries
90g Well Naturally Sugar Free Dark Chocolate
Gelatin of choice



Method
Mix the Oats, Honey and Melted Coconut Oil together, press into the bottom of a small spring form pan. Press hard to the bottom to flatten and compress oats.
Pop in the oven for 15-20mins until its golden brown.
While its baking you can get the mixture ready.
Combine the cream cheese, stevia, greek yoghurt, protein powder and gelatin together. You can use a food processor or a nutribullet etc.
Remove the oat mixture from the oven.
Pour over HALF the liquid mixture, sprinkle the strawberries around.
Chop HALF the 90g block of the sugar free dark chocolate and sprinkle over the strawberries.
Pour over the rest of the liquid mixture, sprinkle over the top raspberries, blueberries and the rest of the dark chocolate.

Leave overnight to set.

Store in an airtight container.
