Healthy Protein Strawberries and Cream Cheesecake

I love cheesecake.

BUT traditional cheesecake slices are about 500 calories PLUS with most of those calories coming from fats and carbs.
I love food and I love taking on a challenge with creating something healthy from the treats i love most!

Strawberries and Cream


  • 5 tablespoon, Almond Meal

  • 5 tbsp(s), Rolled Oats

  • 15 g, Nutlex Lite

  • 5 tbsp(s), Stevia In the Raw

  • 125 g, Lite Cream Cheese

  • 160 g, Yopro Vanilla Yoghurt

  • 25 grams, White Chocolate Whey Protein (My Protein)

  • 1 tbsp(s), Gelatin

  • 1 tbsp(s), Flavdrops White Chocolate (My Protein)

  • 1 Vego White, vegan chocolate bar

  • 0.25 cup, halves, Strawberry

  • 2 TSP water

Blend the almond meal, stevia and oats in a food processor till they are both combined.
Melt the nutlex in the microwave and stir into the almond meal and oat mixture.
Pop on a baking tray and into the oven until starting to brown a little.
While the mixture is in the oven, get 1/2 of the strawberries and pop in a small saucepan, add water and simmer until soft. Add in 1 TBS of stevia and continue to simmer for 1 minute. Take off the heat and allow to cool.
For the cheesecake mixture, take the cream cheese and yoghurt and blend together. Once smooth add in the stevia and gelatin to combine. Then add in the protein powder and flav drops.
Allow the mixture to sit in the fridge for 20 minutes to firm a little. Chop up the vego chocolate bar into small squares and chunks.
You can construct your cheesecake however you like.

I prefer to layer mine in a small glass jar
Base - Cheesecake Mixture - Chopped Strawberries - Vego Chocolate - Cheesecake Mixture - Strawberry Sauce - Chopped Strawberries - Chopped Vego - Base - Cheesecake Mixture - and topped with left overs.
