Credit Card Information
If you choose to pay for a service or product using the secure credit card payment facility available at this site you will be asked to provide your credit card details, your name, a shipping address and your email address. These details are required so that we can ship your order and a tax invoice / receipt.

All in-stock orders are dispatched within two business days. Orders received on non-business days will be processed and dispatched on the next business day being Monday to Friday. Orders are not dispatched on public holidays.
Australian orders are sent via Australia Post using the eParcel service which features tracking. Delivery for this service generally takes between 2 to 10 business days.
International orders are sent via Australia Post and its partner postal services around the world and delivery times can vary anywhere up to 4 weeks.
Orders are processed and dispatched via National Products Fulfillment. Shipping charges vary depending on the products ordered, the destination and whether you choose an insured or uninsured shipping option. Shipping options are available on the shopping cart page once you have added items to your cart.
Should you choose an uninsured shipping option you agree that if your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will not hold THE BOD responsible for the loss. Once a tracking number is issued by Australia Post, we will not re-ship the item and we will not provide a refund or a credit. We will however, do our best to assist you to locate the package.
If a parcel is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight charges if they wish for the parcel to be resent.
Returns and Exchanges
Customers are responsible for all postage associated with returns or exchanges for any reason.
