Dry brushing is something that is so simple with SO many added benefits for your body.

Start with long sweeping strokes starting from the bottom of your feet upwards, from your hands to your shoulders, and on the torso in an upward direction to help drain the lymph back to your heart. Avoid any areas of broken skin.
